Upgrading
Go to Account and click Upgrade next to your current plan. You'll be taken to a secure Stripe checkout page. Plans are billed monthly or annually.
Managing your subscription
From Account → Billing, click Manage subscription to open the Stripe customer portal. There you can:
- Update your payment method
- Switch between monthly and annual billing
- View invoices
- Cancel your subscription
What happens when you downgrade
If you downgrade to Free:
- Existing teams, roles, and departments are preserved (read-only if over limits)
- You can't create new teams/roles beyond free limits until you delete some
- Custom benchmarks remain but can't be updated
- PDF exports revert to watermarked
- Regional benchmarks revert to UK National only
