Generate board-ready PDF reports from any team or department view.

What's included

The exported PDF contains:

  • Executive summary — team name, total headcount, total cost
  • Assumptions table — NI rates, pension percentage, benefits, overheads
  • Role-by-role breakdown — each role with salary, cost components, and total
  • Benchmark data — market salary range (p25–p75) and quality score per role
  • Regional information — the selected region for benchmark context
  • Cost totals — subtotals and grand total

Click the Export PDF button on the team or department page. The file downloads immediately.

Free plan watermark

PDFs generated on the free plan include a "TeamCalc Free" watermark. Upgrade to Pro or Growth to remove it.
